How does love change over a lifetime?
This month, we officially launch our video blog, "The Age of Love Asks...," and take to the streets with probing questions on love, sex and dating. And we'll bring back revealing answers to one question each week by presenting video interviews with 20-somethings to 80-somethings, presented side-by-side.
Along with the sheer fun of talking to strangers about sex and dating, our goals are to:
1- present the voices of older adults on aspects of love in a way in which they're rarely heard,
2- promote a dialogue between generations as we explore cultural biases and beliefs, and
3- grow this page into a resource for media and policy-makers seeking cutting-edge stories and info on the true emotional concerns of seniors
And did we mention the fun of asking personal questions to strangers?
And now, to kick off the blog, we take to the streets of Rochester NY with our first question: Speed Dating for 80-Year-Olds...?!
